"Walk the Line"
Went to see the above mentioned movie last night. I thought Joaquin Phoenix did a great job. He had to learn to sing and play guitar for the role. I was curious to see how he would sound since Cash was known for his unique voice...and he really did sound like the man in black.

The flick was pretty good. I was a little disappointed that they didn't go more into the spiritual aspect of Cash's life. Which isn't really a surprise. He had quite a dramatic conversion, but that stuff doesn't sell in Hollywood. I recommend reading "When the man comes around the Spiritual Journey of Johnny Cash" (available for borrowing from your local Mike Oates). It's a great read.
